Lead Hotel Operations Specialist

As a Hotel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight of the front desk and ensuring that all hotel guests receive exceptional service. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the hotel industry, hold relevant qualifications, and possess natural leadership skills. A valid RSA and First Aid Training are also required.
This is a hands-on role with key responsibilities including guest arrivals and departures, staff task management, procedure review and implementation, communication with senior management, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee guest arrivals and departures
- Manage staff tasks to ensure high-quality service
- Review and implement procedures
- Communicate with Front Office Manager/General Manager
- Assist leadership team with admin tasks and hotel projects
