About Our Job

As a key contributor to our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing input into the development of a customer-centric vision and strategy to ensure alignment with evolving business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute customer communication solutions grounded in data and insights
  • Leading the transition to a digital-first omnichannel customer communication strategy
  • Improving the ability to analyze customer-level data across business units
  • Developing and executing plans to democratize customer insights across the organization
  • Enhancing the understanding of current and prospective customers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with experience in improving digital and physical experiences, including the development of omnichannel solutions. You should have curiosity about emerging technology that impacts the customer and understanding of customer experience fundamentals.
