Job Title: Digital Experience Lead

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our marketing team as a Digital Experience Lead. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through the development and execution of centre marketing plans and campaigns.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic thinker to lead a small team of marketing professionals and drive business growth through effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field, experience within marketing and leading teams, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute centre marketing plans and campaigns to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Lead and coach a small team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing goals and objectives
  • Manage and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform marketing strategies and approaches
