About This Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Optimisation Manager to lead and execute projects & conversion rate optimisation initiatives within our team.

As a key member of our team, you will drive increase in conversion rate by optimising online sales channel, campaigns, and experiences, responsible for experimentation and optimisation roadmap, including personalisation, A/B testing and behavioural economics.

You'll project manage the execution of digital projects, from planning, briefing and design to deployment and analysis, communicate progress, risks, issues, and responses to stakeholders.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand initiatives, business needs and priority, bringing them to your squad to deliver.

Develop and execute digital strategies that align with business objectives, using a data-driven approach to measure and optimise campaign performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute projects and conversion rate optimisation initiatives.
  • Drive increase in conversion rate through online sales channel, campaigns, and experiences.
  • Responsible for experimentation and optimisation roadmap.
  • Project manage digital projects from planning to deployment.
Requirements:
  • Experience in digital marketing or project management, with a proven track record of executing successful projects and campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing solutions and technologies.
  • Experience working with web developers, digital producers, visual designers, and copywriters to deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management and planning skills, excellent problem solving.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing traffic and channels.
