As a Brand Sales & Partnerships Manager, you will focus on developing new brand relationships, securing editorial sponsorships, and building long-term partnerships with companies in fashion, beauty, home decor, wellness, design, fragrance, and lifestyle sectors

You will:

  • Identify, research, and prospect emerging and established brands for collaboration.
  • Initiate first contact .
  • Present our media opportunities, including publication features, sponsorships, video integrations, and product collaborations.
  • Lead brand conversations, handle objections, and close partnership deals.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and active sales conversations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director on partnership strategy.
  • Manage CRM updates, sales tracking, and follow-up systems.

Minimum Requirements:

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Media or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Sales, Business Development, Brand Partnerships, or Account Management.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (business level).
  • Comfortable handling brand conversations, outreach, and closing deals.
  • Strong organizational skills, pipeline management, and self-motivation.
  • Proactive and driven to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Interest or experience in fashion, design, publishing, beauty or lifestyle industries.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, lead tracking, and digital communication tools.
