Product Support Mining Excavators

We are a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, committed to providing industry-leading after sales service and reliable solutions.

Our team is responsible for building and maintaining internal and external customer relationships, delivering high-level technical & product support.

  • Demonstrate safety commitment and perform all work activities in a safe manner.
  • Manage and support all technical issues within breakdown support, failure and root cause analysis.
  • Accurately communicate with customers and deliver reliable improvement projects.
  • Meet and engage professionally with various stakeholders to support complex technical analysis.
  • Collaborate with the team in transferring knowledge and findings.
  • Report and maintain fleet performance.

We require:

  • A relevant mechanical trade or engineering tertiary qualification.
  • Significant experience in open cut mining, civil earthworks or other related industries.
  • A proven technical understanding of key disciplines, such as mechanical/electrical systems.
  • High level analytical and problem solving skills to facilitate resolution of product and technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise and deliver information at a high level.
  • High level of customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships.
