Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining internal and external customer relationships, delivering high-level technical and product support, which contributes to customer and business success.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant mechanical trade or engineering tertiary qualifications
  • Significant experience in open cut mining, civil earthworks or other related industries, either in engineering, maintenance leadership or technical/product support roles
  • Proven technical understanding of key disciplines, such as mechanical/electrical systems; schematics, drawings & manual interpretation
  • High level analytical and problem solving skills to facilitate resolution of product and technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) with the ability to effectively liaise and deliver information at a high level to diverse range internal and external customers
