The Opportunity

This role is based in Brisbane at our Wacol Office. You will take ownership for building and maintaining internal and external customer relationships, whilst delivering high-level technical & product support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate safety commitment and perform all work activities in a safe manner.
  • Manage and support all technical issues within breakdown support, failure and root cause analysis.
  • Achieve accurate and effective communication with customers and deliver improvement projects.
  • Engage professionally with stakeholders to navigate complex technical analysis.
  • Collaborate with the team to transfer knowledge and findings.
  • Report and maintain fleet performance.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Possess relevant mechanical trade or engineering tertiary qualifications.
  • Show significant experience in open cut mining, civil earthworks or other related industries.
  • Demonstrate proven technical understanding of key disciplines, such as mechanical/electrical systems.
  • Utilize high level analytical and problem solving skills to facilitate resolution of product and technical issues.
