The role of the Customer Experience Consultant is pivotal in delivering exceptional support and resolving a wide array of queries for customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, coupled with excellent communication skills, allowing them to effectively manage customer bookings, confirm and manage customer inquiries, and maintain outstanding relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, providing timely support and guidance.
- Maintain superior relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
- Confirm and manage customer bookings efficiently.
- Manage a diverse range of customer queries, encompassing operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases, and complaints.
- Experience within a call centre environment is highly desirable but not essential.
- A positive, can-do attitude with an unwavering focus on customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Typing speed of 60 wpm with 80% or higher accuracy.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, DOS systems, or SAP is advantageous.
