We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through various channels.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve issues related to orders, delivery, and products efficiently.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to address fulfillment challenges.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and document case notes.
- Provide feedback to enhance service processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a busy customer service or call centre environment, preferably in FMCG or e-commerce.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Confidence in using CRM and ticketing systems.
- Value collaboration and delivering exceptional service to customers.
