
Sales and Partnership Strategist

Innovative companies require strategic partnerships to drive growth. This position will connect clients with the right talent, partners, and investors to scale.
Key Responsibilities- Sales & Business Development:
- Support new business development across recruitment and partnerships
- Participate in client meetings, proposal preparation, and negotiations
- Work toward meeting revenue targets
- Partnerships & Ecosystem Engagement:
- Develop relationships with VCs, accelerators, and startup communities
- Secure sponsors and collaborators for events and memberships
- Represent the company at networking events to build leads and visibility
- Client Success & Growth:
- Maintain client relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure smooth service delivery for a great client experience
- Marketing Expansion & Strategic Input:
- Support outreach to companies expanding in new markets
- Help organize events and ecosystem activities
- Share insights to improve service offerings and targeting
Must Have:
- 4-5 years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
- Experience managing a sales pipeline or contributing to sales efforts
- Familiarity with startup and SME ecosystems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to develop confidence in pitching, negotiating, and relationship-building
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating with the team
- Comfortable attending networking events and engaging with diverse professional audiences
- Able to work from our office 3 days per week
Nice to Have:
- Experience selling recruitment, events, memberships, or consulting services
- An existing network within the startup or investor community
- Interest or exposure to international business
- Previous experience working with early-stage startups or entrepreneurial teams
