Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to join our team as a Growth Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key partners, brokers, and referral sources.

You will focus on driving portfolio growth by identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and delivering results-driven solutions. Your exceptional communication skills, strong work ethic, and ability to build lasting relationships will be essential in achieving success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive portfolio growth through partner engagement
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners, brokers, and referral sources
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Deliver results-driven solutions that meet or exceed sales targets
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong drive to succeed with high energy and resilience
  • Positive attitude and mature mindset with strong communication skills
  • Proven track record of high-volume outbound calling
  • 2 years' experience in a channel sales role
  • Proven capability to manage a portfolio of accounts to meet targets
  • Proven ability to identify, contact, and partner with target referral markets
  • Experience selling/supporting the finance broker market (advantageous)
  • Experience in managing and growing channel partnerships with strong training and engagement capability
