Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Strategist to drive partnerships and growth across our ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing high-impact partnerships that enhance member value and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies through end-to-end partnership negotiation and deal execution
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to create joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies
  • Work with partner success, technology, and marketing teams to integrate partner offers into the rewards program
  • Own revenue targets and commercial KPIs for partner sales, developing business cases and financial models in collaboration with finance
  • Evaluate partnerships for their potential to drive profitable growth and performance
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to inform sales and partnership strategy and drive innovation in offer design, earn mechanics, and member engagement
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams and represent the loyalty team at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles—ideally within loyalty, retail, or fintech
  • Proven experience in commercial strategy, preferably within financial services or loyalty
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in business case development
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging industry and senior stakeholders
  • Able to synthesize market data and drive data-informed decisions
