**About this role**:
An award-winning strategic branding agency based near Sydney's CBD are seeking a Studio and Traffic Manager to work alongside the Creative Director, and their team of highly experienced designers. As the Studio and Traffic Manager, you will oversee the studio and project delivery to ensure the team deliver projects with excellence and profitability. This role will be responsible for ensuring the studio is running along smoothly, the team are fully utilised and the point of contact for advice on solutions.

This award-winning agency delivers extraordinary experiences through design, that aims to make visual communication smarter, clearer, more relevant and inspiring to audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- General day to day operations of the studio
- Studio Management and freelance resourcing
- Manage and coordinate the senior leadership's diary
- Generate data analysis and weekly reports
- Team and admin/IT support
- Financial and budget management including checking quotes, planning, forecasting and commercial viability
- Communicating and coordinating with the creative team, to deliver projects on time
- Overseeing the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience within an agency environment, in Office and/or Project Management
- In depth knowledge of Project Management / Traffic Software
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Organised and efficient multitasker
- Expert communication and cool under pressure
- Analytical attention to detail
- Confident communication skills with both clients and colleagues
- Great interpersonal skills
