Job Title: Administration Officer - Medical Workforce Unit

Job Summary:
The Medical Workforce Administration team at BRHS is seeking an experienced and talented administration professional to join our team in a newly developed position. As an Administration Officer, you will provide high-level customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including junior and senior Medical Staff. You will work as a team member to deliver effective administration support in the areas of rostering, onboarding, training, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administration support to the Medical Workforce team
- Assist with rostering, onboarding, training, and compliance
- Provide high-level customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements:
- Qualification in Business Administration/Management or related field (minimum Cert III level)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Business/Administration role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask, respond, and prioritise competing work requirements
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team
