Job Title: Administration Officer
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at Dixon Appointments. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and manager, processing invoices and payments, and performing assorted office duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administration support to the team and manager
- Process invoices and payments, data entry
- Assorted office duties such as ordering stationery, distribution of mail, meeting room setup
- Reception desk coverage - providing information, advice and assistance as required to students, staff and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Previous administration and reception experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Current Working with Children's Check required
