
Organizational Development Specialist

The role of the Human Resources Business Partner involves collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and advice on people leadership matters. This position plays a crucial part in driving strategic, transformational, and cultural workforce initiatives within designated client groups.
Key Responsibilities:- A trusted advisor will utilize their expertise to recommend tailored approaches to address complex people management issues.
- A coach-mentor will provide guidance to managers and supervisors within the business.
- A conduit will be established between Business Partnering and the broader People and Culture team, utilizing specialist expertise to achieve business objectives and strategic priorities.
Selection Criteria:
- A tertiary level qualification in Human Resource Management, Commerce/Business, or Psychology, or equivalent work experience in human resources management in a large diverse service industry organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in partnering with the business and coaching managers to facilitate the delivery of high-quality human resources initiatives that support business objectives.
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary human resources practices and a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
- Demonstrated understanding of employment-related legislation, Awards, policies, and procedures.
- Highly developed communication and influencing skills, along with the ability to develop and maintain trusted relationships to provide authoritative and consistent advice, recommendations, and solutions based on sound evidence and professional judgment.
- Demonstrated high-level analytical skills, including the ability to use data and information to provide insights and comprehensive reports that contribute to effective decision-making, people management solutions, and continuous improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to be business-driven and focused on achieving objectives.
- Current driver's license (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
