The primary purpose of this role is to provide efficient and effective secretarial/administration support to the Clinical Director Prevention and Minor Injuries & Illness Clinic. The role is also required to provide support to the leadership team of the Minor Injuries & Illness Clinic, including the Director Ripley Satellite Hospital, where required.
About YouOur ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- High level of knowledge and skills relevant to a Director Support Officer role including time management, well developed interpersonal, negotiation, problem solving, oral and written communication.
- Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to specific situations to meet organisational or task needs.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines and be flexible in a changing work environment.
- Ability to work autonomously, and cooperatively and effectively as part of an executive team.
- Ability in the use of Microsoft Office programs to an intermediate level and the ability to acquire knowledge of relevant software packages.
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
