Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals, ensuring successful implementation and delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with global teams to implement best practices and cutting-edge solutions within the domain of fuel management.
  • Develop and oversee key portfolio planning and delivery processes, including:
    • Strategic Planning: Facilitate regular planning sessions to set clear objectives and strategies.
    • Quarterly Review: Conduct quarterly reviews to assess progress, recalibrate goals, and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
    • Squad Product Development: Mentor and coach cross-functional teams to enhance product delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Work directly with C-level executives to provide insights and recommendations for business development.
  • Prepare and present executive briefing packs that summarize progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Must have 15+ years of experience in retail convenience stores, preferably with a focus on fuel sector.
  • Demonstrated success in consulting roles, showcasing ability to think strategically while executing hands-on.
  • Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and achieving organizational goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage and influence senior executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
