Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and strategic leader to drive the delivery of business capabilities aligned with organisational objectives. This role requires a highly experienced Agile Project Manager who can lead cross-functional teams, enable operational improvements, and ensure seamless interlocks across business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead process clarity, enable operational improvements, and ensure interlocks across business units.
  • Deliver program and project outcomes in line with Field's balanced scorecard.
  • Represent strategic initiatives across Operations, driving prioritisation, managing risks, and delivering outcomes within tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Certified Project Manager with experience in Agile methodologies and traditional project methodologies.
  • 5-7+ years' experience managing complex programs and projects within technology-driven enterprises.
