Pharmacist Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our pharmacy team. As the successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of managing and supporting a team to ensure accurate and efficient running of the dispensary.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting all professional and ethical requirements of a pharmacist and ensuring the optimum functioning of the pharmacy as a whole within guidelines.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and supporting the pharmacy team to ensure efficient dispensary operations
  • Ensuring compliance with all professional and ethical requirements
  • Optimizing pharmacy operations within established guidelines

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. They will also demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and be able to build and maintain relationships with patients and allied health professionals.

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree
  • Current General Registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA
  • Previous use of the FRED dispensing system (preferred)
  • The right to live and work in Australia
