At Covalent Lithium, we are genuinely passionate about creating a clean energy future and supporting our teams who enable this vision.

We have recently opened our mine and concentrator at Mt Holland, and are commissioning our refinery in Kwinana, which will produce high-quality lithium hydroxide for lithium batteries around the world.

Our project will enable approximately 1 million electric vehicles to go on the road, every year for the next 50 years.

What You'll Do
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement commercial strategies across both mining and refinery operations
  • Contract Management: Oversee major service contracts including catering, mining, refining, reagents, diesel and utilities
  • Financial Oversight: Drive budget management, cost reporting and business intelligence across both sites
  • Stakeholder Management: Interface between site operations and corporate commercial/legal teams
  • Team Leadership: Lead commercial analysts and influence multi-disciplinary teams across both locations
  • Business Development: Identify and progress opportunities for superior commercial outcomes and cost savings

What You'll Bring
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years strategic management experience in mining, refining or resources sector
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business management, Engineering, Finance or Accounting
  • Skills: Strong commercial acumen, contract management, budgeting and financial analysis
  • Leadership: Proven ability to influence teams across multiple functions and drive results
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with minerals processing and mining operations
