Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Education Program Manager to lead our Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in VET leadership, curriculum development, and stakeholder engagement.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all aspects of the VET program, including staff supervision, budget management, and strategic partnerships with external providers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement VET strategies aligned with organisational goals
  • Lead and manage VET program teams to achieve high-quality outcomes
  • Negotiate and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholders, TAFEs, and RTOs
  • Ensure effective data management and reporting to inform program improvement
Desirable Skills And Experience:
  • Demonstrated expertise in VET leadership and management
  • High-level understanding of VET curriculum, policy, and accreditation requirements
  • Proven ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders and industry partners
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
