The RoleWe are seeking an energetic Client Relationship Manager to join our expanding team to help manage and grow a portfolio of new and established clients. You will be responsible for growing, maintaining, and developing relationships with all clients in your portfolio. This includes providing ongoing service throughout the client's subscription to demonstrate value and prove ROI.
Your Key Responsibilities- Proactively call existing clients to maintain and build relationships within their organisation to ensure you hit your revenue targets by delivering value to our client base.
- Expand our contacts beyond existing sources and develop a tailored value proposition across various areas within an organisation.
- Proactively promote product awareness while solution selling to cross-sell across your portfolio.
- Meet the training needs of clients to ensure value is received, both via conversation and training (including product presentations to various user groups).
- Deal with incoming queries, issues, and the day-to-day needs of your clients as they arise.
- Research and understand each client's business to identify new opportunities.
- Excellent phone and email communication skills.
- Ability to speak with clients across a variety of industries and backgrounds.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage numerous contacts, including scheduling, follow-up, and establishing frequent points of interaction.
- Confidence in your negotiation, numeracy, and diplomacy skills.
- A team player who can work with colleagues and other departments to achieve results.
- The ability to also work autonomously.
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary + super ($80,000 - $100,000 per annum), attractive OTE, work from home days, and a great working environment.
