About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with senior stakeholders, gathering complex requirements and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will be responsible for developing high-quality artifacts, such as strategy documents, architecture blueprints/reference architectures, and assessment reports. Your strong relationships with key clients will foster repeat business and ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction across complex multi-domain transformation projects.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Scoping and selling consulting engagements across the Logicalis product offerings.
- Leading or co-delivering strategic consulting services, including strategies, roadmaps, and assessments.
- Supporting the sales function of Logicalis for both consulting and professional/managed services customer requirements.
- Engaging with senior stakeholders to gather complex requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Developing high-quality artifacts such as strategy documents, architecture blueprints/reference architectures, and assessment reports.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients to foster repeat business.
- Managing and forecasting project budgets, ensuring engagements are delivered within financial targets.
- Conducting return on investment (ROI) analysis for client projects to justify business cases and investments.
- Leading high-level solution architecture and business requirements gathering workshops and teams depending on client requirements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction across complex multi-domain transformation projects.
- Managing risks, issues, and ensuring compliance with client expectations and internal processes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 10 years of IT leadership experience, with a focus on consulting, strategic IT projects, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in selling and delivering complex consulting engagements, particularly in the areas of connectivity, cloud, modern workplace, and cybersecurity OR IT management experience with similar traits.
- Strong understanding of technology trends and the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Expertise in developing IT strategies, roadmaps, and conducting assessments.
- Demonstrated experience in managing senior client relationships and engaging with C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with a track record of producing high-quality documentation, presentations, and delivering to a variety of audiences including business stakeholders, technical stakeholders, and C-level stakeholders.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage project budgets, financial forecasting, and ROI analysis.
- Experience in information management architecture, data management, and analytics.
- Experience with conceptual solution architecture and gathering complex business requirements.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, Io T, and advanced analytics.
