**Client Service Professional**
We are seeking a skilled Client Service Professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional client service, building strong relationships with valued clients.
Key responsibilities include providing efficient and professional customer service, updating clients on the process from initial design to completion, and ensuring accuracy of all documentation.
Mentoring, training and upskilling will be available to further enhance your existing skills.
Requirements:- Provide exceptional client service
- Ability to build strong relationships with our valued clients
- Strong administrative skills and solution-focused approach
- Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously
- Experience in the residential building industry is preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of residential building processes
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
