Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Coordinator. This role will be based in our Gold Coast office and will focus on providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing scheduled updates and administration for their projects. They will also be responsible for liaising with internal stakeholders on progress and changes, building and maintaining relationships, and finding solutions to resolve issues that arise.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
