The role of Business Growth Strategist involves collaborating with key stakeholders to devise and implement growth strategies for new business development.

New business opportunities must be identified and developed with existing and new customers, while expanding applications with current customers. This entails promoting the company's products and services through detailed proposals and quotations for projects and ongoing business.

The successful candidate will engage with key customers, assist and direct sales representatives to new and existing customers, create and develop strategic multiple channel sales plans and realistic forecasts to achieve national objectives.

Essential requirements include a relevant trade certificate or degree, a minimum of 5 years in a similar sales role selling products and services within resources, manufacturing, building or engineering markets, excellent presentation skills and ability to negotiate and drive new opportunities with persistence.

Key technical knowledge includes estimating and quoting within multi-segment industries, as well as proficiency in SAP, CRM and Microsoft Office applications. Regular travel is required.
