About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Excellence Strategist to join our team. As a Business Excellence Strategist, you will be responsible for driving business improvement processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will develop and implement business improvement plans to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and sustainable results.
  • Analyze business needs and develop targeted solutions to address complex problems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Maintain metrics and reporting standards to measure progress and integrate outcomes into planning.
Requirements
  • Certifications and/or experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and develop innovative solutions.
  • A collaborative approach to partnering with leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Industry experience, ideally in Aluminium, heavy industrial, or operational environments.
