We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Growth Manager within our high voltage product division.

This position plays a pivotal part in expanding our market presence and driving growth, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop existing customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with senior management to create and implement account plans.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and drive sales outcomes that meet company objectives.
  • Market our services and maintain client relationships through regular local and interstate visits.
  • Identify new tender opportunities and assist the estimating team with tender preparation and submission.
  • Cultivate close relationships with supply chain partners.
  • Negotiate tenders and follow up on proposals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and project profitability through effective project delivery support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and business development within the electrical industry.
  • An electrical trade qualification or tertiary engineering qualification is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and business development.
  • In-depth knowledge of high voltage switchgear, transformers, protection systems, and packaged solutions.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Operational management experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to work under pressure and extended hours when necessary.
  • Effective communication at all levels.
  • A self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude.
