About the Role

This Trade-to-Account Manager will leverage their trade knowledge and industry contacts to cultivate client relationships, focusing on new business development, building key referral connections, and responding to client enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business through sales calls and referrals, using their trade background and industry network to drive account growth.
  • Manage and grow a client portfolio in the electrical field, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
  • Identify and seize sales opportunities with new and existing clients to support business growth.
  • Conduct site visits and stay connected with client operations, understanding their needs to strengthen partnerships.
What We're Looking For:
  • Trade Expertise: Electrical trade knowledge and industry experience to effectively connect with clients and identify business opportunities.
  • Experience in sales: Experience in sales, account management or client-facing roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: The ability to build strong relationships with clients - you're confident speaking with new and existing clients.
  • A collaborative mindset: The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Achieving sales targets: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service.
