Job Title

**Partnerships Administrator Role**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students through the student lifecycle from application to graduation, specifically those enrolled through Partner Colleges and Local Church Colleges.

  • Coordinate quarterly meetings with VET Third Party providers, ensuring smooth communication and administrative processes.

  • Process and share student data securely with Partner College and LCC liaisons, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

  • Assist Finance with preparing accurate payment reports for Partners and HE LCCs each semester, meeting deadlines and ensuring financial transparency.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries from faculty, facilitators, and stakeholders, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Configure and maintain student records in the Quercus student management system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

  • Support graduation processing, including assessing completions and preparing certificates, upholding academic standards and procedures.
