Student Learning Enrichment Specialist

Learning Support Role

A dedicated individual is sought to make a positive impact on the lives of students with learning difficulties.

Our school is committed to providing a quality educational experience for our students and staff.

The Learning Enhancement and Program Support Department provides support for students throughout the college. The team consists of Learning Support Coordinators, Teachers for intervention and enrichment, and Assistants. We collaborate with parents, teachers, and other specialists to provide support for students and their learning needs.

As an integral part of our school community, you will play a vital role in creating an inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive. You will work closely with teachers, students, and other support staff to ensure each student receives the necessary support to participate fully in school and classroom activities.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum of a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Education Support or be willing to study towards one.
  • Passion for supporting students with disabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and other support staff.
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment.
