Hospitality Manager

As a Hospitality Manager, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional hospitality services that create a warm and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.

This role reports to the Service Manager and is responsible for ensuring excellence in catering services.

  • Lead and manage catering services to deliver high-quality hospitality.
  • Oversee meal preparation and food service, ensuring residents enjoy nutritious, varied meals that meet all health and safety regulations.

About the Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Hospitality Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing catering services to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences for our residents and their families.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. They will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results.

In addition to your leadership skills, you will also need to have a passion for people and service excellence. You will be able to foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and development of your team members.

You will be working closely with a variety of stakeholders, including residents, families, and staff. Therefore, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage catering services to deliver high-quality hospitality experiences.
  • Oversee meal preparation and food service, ensuring residents enjoy nutritious, varied meals that meet all health and safety regulations.

  • Collaborate with suppliers and manage resources efficiently within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve catering services and enhance the resident experience.
  2. Manage and maintain accurate records of menu planning, ordering, and inventory management.
  3. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
