We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead our hospitality operations at AAMI Park in Melbourne.

This iconic stadium is nestled in the heart of the Melbourne and Olympic Parks Precinct, hosting world-class sports events and live entertainment.

As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end catering operations, including public catering, corporate hospitality, and non-event day services.

You will lead a high-performing team, drive financial outcomes, and ensure every guest experience is exceptional.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Align catering operations with business goals, drive profitability, and maintain high standards in food safety and quality.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with our Integrated Management System (IMS) and oversee staffing plans, subcontractor coordination, and labour forecasting.
  • Sales & Cost Control: Drive non-event day sales, manage stock and overheads, and keep operations within budget.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in catering management, ideally in stadiums, large-scale events, or high-volume venues.
  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L management experience.
  • Deep understanding of food safety principles.
