The Role

We are seeking a well-presented, friendly, and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. The successful candidate will have experience in office management and reception, with a passion for outstanding customer service and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable sharing professional knowledge, working as part of a team, and ensuring the day-to-day office management runs smoothly and efficiently. They will also be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the LongView office, answering calls in a timely manner, and assisting clients and team members with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office management tasks including building maintenance, postage, office supplies, key control, and catering.
  • Supporting events, both internal and external.
  • Maintaining the front of house and overall office appearance.
  • Answering calls and assisting clients.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and key collection and distribution.
  • Managing meeting rooms and bookings.
  • Supporting key management and systems.
  • Providing support to the wider team as required.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in administration and reception.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional presentation and customer service skills.
  • Outstanding prioritization, time-management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to quality, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is beneficial.
