At our establishment, we're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Attendants to join our growing team in the hospitality industry.

The Role
  • Greet guests warmly and deliver a high standard of service with integrity.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Serve food and drinks to tables and assist with bar operations in a professional manner.
  • Set, clear, and maintain tables in line with exceptional service standards.
  • Operate POS systems and handle payments promptly and securely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and bar areas at all times.
  • Uphold RSA and food safety standards at all times to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and maximize efficiency.
About You
  • Previous experience in hospitality (restaurant, café, or bar) is preferred but not essential.
  • A friendly, positive, and professional demeanor is required to provide excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is crucial for success in this role.
  • Availability for shifts across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays is required.
  • RSA certification (or willingness to obtain before starting) is mandatory.
