Customer Service Representative, Airport Environment

We are seeking talented customer service professionals to join our team at Perth Airport. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests.

About the Role:

This is a casual position working across our vibrant bars, cafes, and restaurants. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for providing a seamless dining experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality food and beverage service to guests
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • Upsell menu items and offer recommendations to enhance the guest experience
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain knowledge of daily menu offerings and accommodate dietary needs
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions
  • Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
  • Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is highly desirable
