Culinary Service Professional

We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused food service representative to join our team.

As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary duties will include taking orders, preparing and serving beverages, as well as providing attentive and courteous service throughout the meal duration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking guest orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Preparing and serving beverages to meet high standards of quality and presentation
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of menu offerings and making recommendations to enhance the dining experience
  • Serving food and beverages to guests with precision and care
  • Providing exceptional customer service by being attentive, responsive, and courteous

Qualifications:

We require candidates who possess a minimum of 12 months of experience working in a similar role, hold an RSA certification, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency.
