This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

  • Develop and maintain custom CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.
  • Design and implement advanced customizations including plugins, workflows, web resources, and JavaScript.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Conduct unit testing and support system and user acceptance testing.
  • Troubleshoot CRM performance and functional issues.
  • Provide training and support to end users on CRM capabilities.
  • Stay up to date with CRM platform enhancements and suggest innovative improvements.

To be successful, you will have proven experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and a strong expertise in creating plugins, workflows, web resources, and JavaScript.

You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
