This is a full-time position based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, with seniority level as Associate.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with client teams and stakeholders to understand requirements, propose functional and technical solutions, and lead technical discussions.
  • Lead technical feasibility assessments, solution design, troubleshooting, and own the Dynamics CRM solution including system architecture.
  • Work with MS Dynamics Technologies such as Power Pages, Canvas App, Portal Pages, Liquid Code, and Customer Service Workspace App.
  • Experience in integration technologies and architecting, developing, implementing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
  • Architected at least 5 large Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects.
  • Understand and work with SSRS, CRM reports, Azure tools, Power Platform, and Microsoft Dynamics architecture.
  • Develop solutions based on business logic and existing applications.
  • Manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
