Dynamic CRM Solutions Architect

An accomplished professional with extensive experience in Dynamics 365 CRM is sought to spearhead large-scale projects in Melbourne. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to complex transformation initiatives, applying profound expertise in design, development, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in discovery workshops, providing technical feasibility insights, solution options, and thought leadership.
  • Develop solution designs across Dynamics 365 CRM modules, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Lead the configuration, customization, and development of high-quality deliverables, including plugins, workflows, and Azure service integrations.
  • Oversee validation across testing phases, ensuring solutions are robust, compliant, and fit for purpose.
  • Provide technical guidance through implementation, transition, and warranty phases.
Candidate Profile:
  • The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with strategic thinking, moving seamlessly between hands-on development and solution design.
  • Thrives in collaborative environments, engaging confidently with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates adaptability, with experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
  • Possesses strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, advise, and present with clarity.
  • Is motivated to contribute to meaningful transformation initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.
Essential Skills:
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Developer, Technical Lead, or Solution Designer on the Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
  • Proven delivery experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
    • Strong customer-facing and stakeholder engagement capability.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
