Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced technical support professional to join our team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact for 1st level IT support, responding to customer requests and performing standard diagnostics.

Requirements:

  • Experience in 1st level technical support in an ITIL Service Desk environment
