Job Opportunity
We are seeking a commercially astute legal expert to join our central legal team. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice across consumer law, marketing, and broader commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance on consumer law, advertising standards, and commercial legal issues.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with retailers, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Ensure adherence to consumer protection laws and marketing regulations, including digital and social media.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of robust legal compliance systems.
  • Manage litigation and regulatory matters.
  • Identify legal risks and keep stakeholders informed with timely updates.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8+ years PQE in private practice or in-house roles, ideally with exposure to the FMCG sector.
