Job Title: Senior Legal Advisor
Job Overview:This position requires an experienced legal professional to provide expert advice on a broad range of legal, legislative and policy issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and authoritative legal, legislative and policy advice to senior executives and Ministers.
- Conduct complex legal and policy analysis, including the formulation and evaluation of legislative proposals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support decision-making and contribute to the development of effective solutions.
- Admission as a legal practitioner to the Supreme Court of NSW or equivalent jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in one or more areas of law including privacy, environmental, commercial and/or public law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise professional judgement and manage complex information.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise advice.
