Role Overview

The Litigation Team provides independent, professional advice and services regarding state taxation and fines administration litigation matters. As a senior legal advisor, you will lead an established, high-performing team in providing guidance and management of litigation matters on behalf of the chief commissioner of state revenue and commissioner of fines administration.
