Job Title

We are seeking a Senior Legal Advisor to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced legal professional to make a real impact in a rapidly changing world.

The successful candidate will be a key advisor to the business, partnering with internal teams to deliver on strategic goals by providing timely, high quality and commercially focused legal guidance.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Expertly drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts;
  • Advising on broad variety of legal issues including general commercial, IP, privacy, and competition law;
  • Supporting risk management frameworks and delivering legal compliance training;
  • Handling legal matters related to litigation, inquiries and more;
  • Remaining abreast of legal and regulatory developments;
About You
  • You have 3-5 years PQE with a current NSW practising certificate;
  • You have solid experience in commercial law, IP, IT, and competition law;
  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and confidently;
  • You have a collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders;
  • You have confidence in risk-based decision-making and providing practical, business-focused advice;
  • You have a passion for continuous learning;
