Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound HR enquiries, conducting performance reviews, coordinating induction programs, providing administrative support for recruitment and selection campaigns, collating and distributing training materials, processing payroll administration, and diary management.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but a degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an HR role, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of current state HR legislations and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate induction programs for new employees, including creating presentation materials and arranging logistics.
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment and selection campaigns, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
  • Collate and distribute training materials, handouts, and induction kits to employees.
  • Process payroll administration, including verifying hours worked and calculating pay.
  • Diary management and travel coordination, including booking flights and hotels for employees.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of current state HR legislations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
