Job Title: Human Resource Officer

As a seasoned HR professional, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our state government client's human resources department.

About the Role:
  • Respond to a range of HR matters via email or phone in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Assist with the development and review of HR policies that align with organisational objectives;
  • Provide administrative support to the wider HR team as required;
  • Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees.
Your Background:
  • You will require previous experience in an HR officer or administrator capacity;
  • Strong time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines are essential;
  • Effective communication skills to engage with various stakeholders are critical;
  • A high level of accuracy when maintaining data in HR databases is necessary.
