About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Insights Manager to join our team at RX Australia Pty Ltd. Company. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a customer insights strategy that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer insights strategy that informs business decisions and drives customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize event performance and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of data from various sources to identify industry-specific trends and preferences.
  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from event data and identify industry-specific trends.
  • Partner with Exhibition Directors to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within each industry segment.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to event satisfaction, attendee engagement, exhibitor ROI, and client retention.
Requirements
  • Possess a Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's not mandatory but highly considered.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully leading customer insights initiatives within diverse industry sectors.
  • Have expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques.
  • Demonstrate a solid background in customer insights, market research, or analytics within the events industry.
  • Exhibit excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Have high-level communication skills for verbally and visually communicating insights to a variety of seniority levels.
  • Possess skills in statistical and survey methodology, including advanced skills in quantitative analysis tools.
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen and ability to navigate business priorities to identify corresponding research areas.
